US shipping & delivery

We ship eligible products to the United States. Standard US shipping is $4.87. Orders of $75.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The available shipping method and final shipping total are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Production and delivery

Production and delivery times vary by product, variant and destination. We do not have one confirmed delivery window for every item. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering. A business address in Germany does not determine where an individual order will be produced or shipped from.

Shipping updates

We will email your shipping confirmation and any available tracking details. Tracking can take time to update.

Taxes and import charges

Taxes and any import charges collected at checkout are shown before you place your order. International orders can be subject to customs duties, import taxes, carrier fees or customs delays. If a charge is not collected at checkout, it may be due before or at delivery, unless otherwise stated. We do not promise a specific production country or that every order is free of import charges.
